Formation of the student Council

2017-18

With an aim to faster in the students the qualities of leadership, making them responsible and accountable for their actions, the Student Council was constituted. Badges and sashes were given to the junior and Senior House captains and Vice-captains by our school principal Rev. Sr. Matilda, Vice-Principal Rev. Sr. Princy and our Headmistress Rev.Sr. Anne. The students were enlightened by the inspiring and motivating words of sister. The newly elected Council pledged in the swearing ceremony to be steadfast, honest and face in their duties. This was followed by the National Anthem.

Easter assembly by St. Mary's House

2017-18

Easter Assembly was conducted by the students of St. Mary's House from classes VI to IX. A beautiful and thought provoking play was enacted by the students of class IX sharing the significance of this festival and highlighting its purpose and the way it should be celebrated songs and hymns were sung followed by the school Blessing.

Institute week celebrations

2017-18

Various competitions were conducted in the school on the occasion of the Institute week. These include competitions like:-
Drawing competition I-III
Rhymes / Rhythm IV-V
Slogan Writing VI-VII
(on quotes of mother seraphina)
Poster Making (Vision of Mother seraphina)-X
Dramatization on XI & XII
(Mother Seraphinas life and vision)

Class IX-C conducted an assembly from 24th to 28th April sharing information on the life of Mother Seraphina, her teachings and vision the assembly enlightened the students and infused in the qualities of selfless sacrifice, purity of mind and thought and encouraged them to follow the path of righteousness.

Institute Day/ Recognition Day/Centenary May 1 of Death anniversary of Mother Seraphina

2017-18

Special Assembly was conducted by St. Joseph's House students. Students of class VI participated in the welcome song followed by the lighting of the lamp ceremony to start the celebration. Our Principal,Rev Sr. Matilda enlightened the students with the teachings, Vision and Mission of Mother Seraphina. she also mentioned the selfless service rendered by her in education the girl child encouraging the leanness to be followed by the Students. Class X present an enactment based spell bound. Merit certificate were rewarded to students for their academic excellence and for 100% attendance. House of the Year 2016-17 was bagged by St. Clare's House.

Buddha Purnima!

2017-18

A special assemble was conducted by the students of class X-B. on the occasion of Buddha Purnima. Students were enlightened on the precepts and teachings of Lord Buddha . This was followed by mesmerizing enactment to follow the teaching of Buddha and the path of non-violence.

Investitures Ceremony (2017-18) May 9, 2017!

The new student council was elected and honoured with badges and scarves on May 9, 2017 for the academic session 2017-18. The occasion was graced by Rev. Sr. Matilda by inaugurating the ceremony by the lighting of the lamp. The newly elected office bearers pledged in the swearing ceremony and the oath of allegiance was pronounced by the Head of the institute. They were motivated and enlightened by the inspiring words of Rev Sr. Matilda to be honest and fair in their duties. The event conducted with singing of the National Anthem.
