Outreach Programme- On 19th July 2024, student representatives from classes 9 to 12 visited Shanti Avedna Sadan - a palliative care hospice , near Safdarjung Hospital accompanied by Sisters and teachers and gave provisions as part of learning to give back to the community. It was a unique experience for our children to be able to invoke a spirit of generosity and helpfulness towards our fellow beings.

Outreach Programme- Students of classes 9 to 12 contributed groceries and daily needs supplies as part of outreach programme . Student Representatives of these classes visited Missionaries Of Charity - Mother Teresa Home in Dilshad Garden Delhi along with Reverend Sisters and teachers on 18th July 2024. The experience left imprints on their youthful minds and will stay a cherished memory for them as they learn to share generously with the community.

The school conducted an outreach program for grades 11th and 12th on the 2nd and 4th of August, respectively. The students were encouraged to generously bring provisions such as rice, sugar, pulses and other materials of basic sustenance. The collected provision was distributed among the lesser privileged by the teacher-in-charges and representatives of the classes. Grade 11th distributed their provision in the Methodist church at Lodi Road and grade 12th did the likewise for a cancer hospice.

This outreach initiative was taken with the objective of kindling a spirit of generosity and helpfulness among the students towards their fellow beings. Each and every student took part with great enthusiasm and brought this program and its objective to fruition.

An Outreach Programme was organized on 4th November for the students of grade 10, who had volunteered to donate necessary food packets and daily needs to the terminally ill cancer patients at ‘Shanti Avedna Ashram’. The students were accompanied by Rev. Sr. Mercy, Ms. Agnes & Ms. Yashika.

Such programmes are organized to inculcate the values of community service, to experience the bliss of giving and empathetise with the less privileged, in turn to appreciate one’s own blessings.
